What was broken?
AIC publishes a new event edition each year, so the 2026 site needed a fresh visual system while preserving the conference information visitors depend on.
How I fixed it
I redesigned and implemented the public site end to end as a custom WordPress theme using PHP, Tailwind CSS, and JavaScript, with the yearly edition treated as a complete event experience rather than a skin change.
